Handfeeding new quail chick. How often? How much??

Okay-so I know this is a stretch. I have been handfeeding this poor little quail all day. It hatched yesterday and I didn't do much the first 24 hours because I was sure it wasn't going to last that long. It definitely was growing the wrong way in the egg along with maybe some other issues. 8 others hatched mostly fine. There is no way it's going to watch or drink on its own at the time being. I was thinking every 2 hours, then I was also thinking thays what you do for a kitten so would this have to be more?

If you have the time I would do it every hour, but make sure he/she always has water with them!
