Hatching Chicks

Good day all. 1st of all thanks a million 4 accepting me to this network. I have chicks starting to hatch yesterday on day 20. My humidity atm is running at about 65% as i got it up some more on day 18. 4 eggs pipped yesterday afternoon bt this morning only 1 chick had fully hatched. The three others still look exactly the same. What should i do or not do?

I have never hatched eggs so I can't give advice except to go to the "Raising Backyard chickens," forum, the menu opens to "incubation and hatching." Hopefully this will help you out, until someone else responds to this thread. Sending good hatching vibes your way
