Hatching Egg

Baby Chicks have pipped a hole in their shell yesterday at about 1 pm. Only chirping sounds was coming from one egg. Its now 6 am and no more chirping sounds and chick has made no more progress breaking thru the egg. The egg on left had the chirping sounds yesterday. Haven't heard any sounds from egg on right

It can take up to 24 hours from pip to hatch. Just keep the humidity up, relax, and wait. Peeping means they can breath. There is no rush.

It also looked like dried blood under one of the eggs.

The membranes appear to be turning brown it looks like from the pic? If that is true it's a sign that they are drying out and if the inner membrane is drying too it can glue itself to the chick makng it hard for the chick to progress. I would pull them and moisten the membrane and check that inner membrane. What is the humidity in the bator?
