Are your EE eggs blue or more a blue/ green? I have some green layers but I'm looking for some pure blue egg layers to go with them. Also what would be the chances of getting a splash as beautiful as that hen pictured on your site? She's gorgeous!

I have both blue and green Easter Egger eggs. If you want guaranteed blue eggs, my Ameraucanas would be your best bet. Splash is my favorite, such beautiful birds! I will say I'm hatching mostly Blue/Black myself lately.

Hmm....is it still $45 for a dozen Ams? I'm very tempted. Is there any time of year you don't ship? I've heard that the heat of summer can be just as bad as the freezing cold of winter on shipped eggs but I've had no experience with it.
