Have you ever ordered the 4-week pullets from Murray McMurray hatchery?

I just ordered 4 4-week pullets from Murray McMurray hatchery. The website says they will be 4-9 weeks old when they're shipped, so they don't have to worry about keeping them warm while shipping.

I would be interested in hearing the experiences of others who have done this. How was the packing? How were the birds? What did you order?
