I would love to get something like this but my coop is a shed with sliding doors. The only automatic openers I could find were $1000+.I installed the Pullet-Shut door on my coop about a month ago and I LOVE it. It was easy for me to install and works perfectly (the solar one).

I cut a large hole and used a box fan we already had with a grating over the outside to keep animals out -- this is from Amazon ~$15.00. It comes on and runs the fan @ 78, turns off @ ~70.
You need a pretty large intake vent, which we already had in the attic/loft of this barn style shed. Put the big box fan on the opposite side -- up high over the doors is where mine is.I’ll have to try this!
