Heated waterer with HORIZONTAL nipples, hanging, AND sealed top

There's no shortage of hanging, heated waterers out there - but I have two additional requirements: horizontal nipples and a lid of some type.

This is the closest I've found (it meets all criteria but hanging :-(

Has anyone found a unit that hangs, horizontal nipples, heats and has a lid?

You can sometimes buy a bucket that also has a lid or make a lid. Add a stock tank heater that is okay to use in plastic. Buy the horizontal nipples from Ebay and install them.

My waterer heats, has horizontal nipples, has a lid, but doesn't hang. What I like about mine is it holds 10 gallons of water so only needs filled once a week and has remained thawed down the coldest we have gotten since I have had chickens, -12 F.

Don't seal the lid tight or the vacuum created will prevent water from flowing.
A birdbath heater in a 5 gallon pickle bucket works fine.
