We received our 6 baby Golden comets on 2/27 from the local Tractor Supply store. By reading other people's experiences, the tips we gained have been great. The large cardboard box makes a comfortable home for them. We are using an amphibian 100W light bulb for intense basking. At the hottest point it is 100 degrees. it averages out to be a comfortable temperature for them. Also, the tip for using paper towels for bedding works well. They seem to be warm, dry, and happy. I put some short pieces of 2x3 in the box to make their terrain more interesting and they act like they are roosting on it.
