Hello I'm new to raising turkey chicken and duck

Went out to let my turkeys out and I found an egg but it was broken not all the way and yolk was on the ground. The shell is thin. Idk what we should do. We are feeding the same stuff to chicken and ducks

No I haven't I was reading egg shells

Give them oyster shells free choice. Soft shell eggs equals not enough calcium and/or a vitamin D deficiency. If they have a vitamin D deficiency it can prevent them from properly absorbing the calcium.
