Hi blue ridge farm. I've been raising chickens for the last seven years and a few years before that and right now I have 48 chicks that we bought and 18 out of 40 eggs that just hatched this week. If you have any questions I will try to help you with them.

Hi I joined march 5 but don't see many people talking on the threads. I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out what to do with my black copper Maran rooster who won't breed with my hens?

Thank you! He is a beautiful boy, we have never heard of them either. He was originally a show bird, but now is pretty much a pet lol. So any ideas are always welcome we are kinda just winging it ATM
