Help! All of my eggs look like they have detached air cells

Gapey,
How do the eggs look so far?
I am in the same situation with shipped eggs. I chose the opposite as you. I put most of mine in my brinsea(bc I honestly trust it more so than my homade incubator)
I am on day 3 and just started to turn the eggs.
I'm on day 6 and they aren't looking too great. So far only 3 of the 12 appear to be developing at all. If not for the detached air sacks I would have left them in the Brinsea but I do believe it's important to keep the air sack at the fat end of the egg and I don't think that would have happened if I left them in my Brinsea Mini Advance. I'm careful when candling too that I don't turn the egg upside down or the air sack might get stuck on the wrong end.

I turned the eggs from day one in the incubator I will probably stop turning a day or two earlier as a lot of people recommended.

Can you take the turning tray thing out of the mini? I have the mini Eco (it's actually my favorite incubator, I love it) and this is how I do shipped eggs in there:
(I just hand tilt them from one side to the other)
400

And I do stop turning shipped chicken eggs by day 16.

yes, I 2nd what rubynala97 said. I have the octagon, and I just stand them up like they were in cartons. I have managed to fit 28 in there, very snuggly. ( I might add that I only crowd them like that during incubation, not hatching)
So are there any signs of life at all?

Rubynala,
Why day of 16 to stop turning?
I understand the basics of the chick needing to get into hatching position, however have you noticed a big improvement with shipped eggs if you stop at day 16 vs 18?
I am assuming you Don't raise the humidity on day 16 like you do on day 18?

How do you only crowd them like that during incubation and not hatching? What do you do during hatching to make them not so crowded? Are you assuming there will be some that won't develop and be removed before they hatch?

I had planned to increase the humidity at day 18 as normal and stop turning at day 16.

I have a post I am updating on my blog about my hatch if you are interested in seeing more info. I'll continue updating it until they hatch. We attempted to take some candling pics on Saturday so will update the post with at least one of those after I download the photos.

Yes sorry I should've mentioned it earlier I have more than one incubator. I am assuming that was shipped eggs I will likely not have it so crowded when it comes time to hatch. If by some miracle I do have too many eggs I have another incubator that I can use as a Hatcher as well.
I wish I could say how my eggs are doing however I can't see in the eggs at all. I do have
400

a few white polish eggs and I can see veining in two of them so far. As far as the Maren eggs who knows? It's driving me crazy because I cannot see a thing.
Here's a picture of how I have The eggs sitting in the Brinsea.

I am willing to hear any advice other than my kids advice! :)
I have only been able to hatch 1 shipped egg so far!
Give me local barnyard mixes and I hatch them all, however send me special eggs through post that I can't find here, and I'll wipe them all out! No problem!!!

Here are a couple of the eggs that are clearly developing (day 6). we could see some movement in them too.

That's wonderful!!
I took another peek at the only eggs I can see in, and most of them are developing quite well!
After reading more on air cell positioning during hatching, I have to say I am going to have to work magic to get these guys to hatch. From the polish eggs, they are the absolute worst air elks I have had before. They are attached and solid, however they are here, there, everywhere that they should not be!
