Help! Baby chick has something wrong, What is it?

He/she started pecking through last night but didn't get out until about 6pm today. There was green stuff on his bottom and something bulging out. I'm new to this and don't remember the other ones that hatched several days ago being like this. Thoughts?

I'm really sorry, but that doesn't look good.

That is where the yolk-sac was and apparently the yolk-sac didn't get absorbed properly. There is nothing you can do if this is the case. If you talked to an expert they might know some medication that could help.

Thank you. I'm keeping her in the incubator so she is warm and moist. That's all I can do I guess.
