HELP! BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA TO THE HEAD, EYE SWOLLEN SHUT

The eye looks healthy and normal to me. No pinkish hue or opacity.

I suggest you get some Vetericyn eye gel and treat the eye twice a day with it. This could be just temporary and a little TLC might improve it.
