So my roo has a habit of jumping on the roof, and he's the only one who does. But I've seen multiple different types of poop. Watery, firm, both. All of them have a little bit of white on them, like the rest of the chicken poop.
Is this a disease? He's eating and drinking around the same amount everyday, so it shouldn't be changing. It's very strange.
I can give more info if needed.
Thanks!

Completely normal.
Whatever chickens eat and drink, affects their droppings. If you free range, you're probably going to see a wider variety of droppings, compared to if they're confined in a run with limited food choices.
The white is just urates, nothing to worry about there.

Yeah but the weird thing is that I am in a run with no different food choices than the normal food. It's probably still normal, but it has such a wide variety; from really wet to completely dry. It's a bit worrying. And it's only the one roo.

It's just how their bodies work.
There are different types of droppings, cecal are ones, for example. Here's a thread about cecal droppings.->

Mammals (like humans and dogs) tend to pee and poop separately. We don't get worried about seeing a yellow puddle one time and a brown lump another time, because we know that is normal.

Chickens send it all out one opening, and do not separate the liquids from the solids. So sometimes it is wetter than other times. That is perfectly normal for them.

Here is an article with more photos of cecal droppings, and one kind of normal other-style droppings as well:

I had thought there was an article with pictures of many more kinds of normal droppings, but I can't seem to find it right now.

Thank you guys so much! I was really worried it was something wrong, but nope, just chickens being chickens!
