HELP! Day 26, Chick Pipped for 26+ hrs

This is our first time hatching chicks. We are on day 26 and of 8 eggs, none have successfully hatched yet. One pipped on day 23, but it looks like it got its beak out to far and got stuck so it ended up dying. A second one pipped 26 hrs ago and was making decent progress, but now it seems to be stuck. I don’t want the same thing to happen so I’m wondering if we should intervene? It’s still breathing and moving and making occasional chirps but not a ton so I’m worried it’s getting weak? What should we do?
