HELP.! I NEED IT FAST.!

Hello.! I have someone who is offering to give me free eggs if i can make an incubator to hatch them in.! I need to build a simple one with a good hatching rate. Also, i would need directions/diagrams/instructions. Look to build it out of wood. I want to make it out of non-expensive supplies bout would spend a max of about $15-20.
