Help--I spilled water on eggs during lockdown

I have the brinsea mini advance, egss are in lockdown turner off, paper towel on bottom of bator. Went to refill water holder and spilled a bit of water on 2 eggs and abour 1/3 of the paper towel got wet. I dried best I could but didnt want to leave lid off too long--do you think they will be ok? 2 days till hatch

I think they will be fine! Lockdown time is so nerve wracking don't you think?

Yes Spirited, it sure is--this morning I heard cheeping from 3 of the 7 eggs, no pips yet, hatch day tomorrow

Sometimes I actually spray some water on my eggs when I lockdown.

I actually set 6 eggs not 7, I was very doubtful about the viability of 2. Last night one hatched at 8 pm, when DH and I woke up at 4 am--3 were hatched in bator. Checked the 2 i doubted and both were infertile--so 100% hatch of viable marans eggs--french black copper--Im so happy. I actually ended up spilling water 2 more times I was so nervous!
