Help! My duckling is having seizures!

My duckling has had 2 seizure episodes today. It seems tired and won’t eat. Although it has been drinking water. It has walked around a bit but still seems tired and warm. What do I do?!

Its wings spread out and its head slightly shakes and leans back onto its back. Their food says it does have the correct amount of niacin in it.

There are 4 ducklings total, I do have a heat lamp. But none of the others have had any symptoms.

What's the food? Some breeds and individuals need more niacin.
