Help my turkey was hit by a car

My turkey hen was hit by a car and has her wing hanging by skin help please. Her flesh is not damaged but the skin is off and the wing is hanging by some skin.

If a vet is not an option I think you need to remove the wing.

Should I wrap the flesh in vet wrap and put water epsom salt on before

I had a peachick injure its wing a couple of weeks ago and had to amputate most of it.
