HELP NOW!!! PIGEON DOWN!!!

I come home to a nest box flipped over, it was on two two by sixes, and a pigeon under it, it was a deep box so it wasn't squashed, but now here has an algae green liquid poo and a white puss looking substance coming out of its nose!!! I am new to these birds so I have no idea what to do.

I'm not familiar with pigeons either but what I can suggest is you take it to the vet as soon as possible and see about its breathing and heartbeat. If it's obviously still alive then try waking it up and give it food and water in a confined space. If you can take it to the vet right away then skip the waking it up. Have food and water handy though on the way to the vet incase it does wake up. I'd also cover up that nostril.
