Help Picking a CoopCoop

have pondered buying a storage building to make into a coop,

Your best bet for sure.
Everyone else has stated why, so I won't repeat.

Its almost better to have less space if you dont have a heater because thier bodies only heat a small area efficiently

This is not true....but is a common misconception.
Ventilation is very important...a well ventilated coop will not 'hold heat'.

Plus the window only has a "screen" ...

Your looking at 10-15 hours of labor to assemble, then you still need your roofing done ... and painting ...

While POSSIBLE to get done on a weekend, If you have help ... doesn't seem like a project for somebody that doesn't have time ...
