Help please with this incubator!

Hello all
I recently bought this Janoel 18S off eBay. Virtually brand new.
The instructions are very vague and there is no information online either!!!!
Does anyone else have one that can help with humidity etc???

Look at Amazon for thermometers, and something that will read the humidity.. if you do make sure you calibrate the thermometer
