Help skunk attack, severe injuries

There was an attack on my chicken last night, two dead and one has severe injuries on her head. The skin has been ripped of and some os hanging by her eye. I felt around her crop area and it is cruchey, can she heal from it, is her neck broken. I will send pictures when I can, later today but does anyone have any idea why her crop is crunchy

I've never heard of crop being crunchy. I don't think her necks broken.
Give her sugar water that has a bit of salt.
Treat the wounds with saline or warm soapy water, apply antibiotic ointment, doesn't matter what kind. Try to gently replace the skin to where it belongs and hold it in place with a band aid

It’s a bit big for a baindaid, I don’t have access to pictures now but there isn’t but akin to put back in place and I wrapped it for now till I can get back to her

I don’t know if it was exactly her crop, but it was a rounded it. If I remember it was near the base of the neck

Just neosporin will be fine. The crunchy noise could be an air bladder, birds have them all over their body.

I really hope it’s normal, I’m just panicking because the two that died were less than ar e year old, and she is to so I want to give her as much as a chance I can

The pictures aren’t the best, the purple is a healing spray, and what can I do to keep flys off and help the pain
