help turkey who cant walk or even stand!!

Help the end of last week one of my four month old poults started limping... I checked her over didn't see any bumps/ cuts etc so I separated her out and added vitamins to her water...well now she can not stand at all!!! She topples right over whenever she tries :/ she also has massive poop but not runny or any funny colors...please help!!! She is eating and drinking like normal but appears to be losing weight...idk whats going on please help! (btw she is a bourbon red not a broadbreasted)

Thanks....im wondering if maybe its worms...the only other thing I can think is marecks but I don't know much about it

This is the third post like this I've seen in these past few months. Search for similar posts and see what everyone else has to offer. If I had the links, I would post them up onto here.
