Help w gender

Two birds. EE and RIR. Approx 8-10weeks. I cannot have roosters in my town. I think these two may be boys, but before I sell or send them off to be dinner I would love your opinion. I would hate to lose a pullet on accident.
Also could you tell me why you think pullet or cockerel so I can learn.

Those combs are much too big and red for their age. The RIR is definitely a rooster, his darker hackle feathers are also a give away. Your EE has thick legs and of course that comb so I'm pretty sure that's a boy too, but I'm no expert on that breed.
 
How to tell if a chicken is a pullet or a cockerel.
No. 1 Cockerels have pointed hackle and saddle feathers pulleys will have rounded (hackle feathers are the feathers around their neck and saddle feathers are in front of the tail feathers).
No. 2 Roosters have longer tail feathers and larger combs but sometimes when they're young you can't tell this way. :)
