HELP WITH BABY CHICK LUMP ON NECK

Please help! My baby chick has a hard lump under her beak on her neck! She is 6 days old and since yesterday day has been throwing up clear liquid and keeps twitching her head and opening and closing her beak. Was chirping a lot but is now sleeping more. We thought it was sour crop since her crop seemed a little swollen but now we are feeling a hard lump under her neck. She has been eating and drinking a little. Please help!

No, the crop does seem a little swollen but there is a hard lump right under its beak around the throat

can’t tell, she won’t open her beak. But she has had no problems up until yesterday

She’s in a brooder inside so that’s very unlikely.
