help with sick hen

one of my hens needs help ive tried vitamins and electrlytes she has something like a sneeze really want to help her one of my frist chicks

Can you describe any other symptoms--watery eyes, eye bubbles, runny nose, swollen eye or face, rattles or wheezes? Chickens can sneeze because of dust, molds, ammonia fumes from droppings, and respiratory diseases.
