Help with wyandotte looks bad never seen it before

at first I thought it was just poop sticking to her feathers but then there is something coming out like a prolapse almost , does anyone know what to do

I am on my phone so can't see the picture very well. It could be vent gleet. Is she eatting and drinking? Have you wormed your chickens? What does her poop look like??

I had to leave for work so I couldn't stay and watch her poop again but when I went to feed and water this morning she was pecking fine and no I haven't wormed them

Check her crop this evening to see if it is full. She needs to be drinking also. If you can pick ip some Safeguard today, worming her may be all she needs.

Removing all the poopy feathers will prevent fly strike.
