HELP!!

Has anyone seen this and can give me an idea on what’s wrong/ how to help him!
He seemed fine yesterday, he did eat some when I put food in front of him. He’s a bit shaky. Picture is his poo- trigger warning

How old is he? Being hunched or puffed up with diarrhea, it might be coccidiosis. That is treated with Corid or Amprollium in the water. Dosage of Corid is 2 tsp/10 ml per gallon of water for the liquid Corid. The powder dosage is 1.5 tsp per gallon. Treat for 5-7 days as the only source of water. Give no vitamins while on treatment.

I just got him about a week ago maybe two. I was told he is 1
I have started treating with corid! I had a chick once get coccidiosis and her poo was more solid with blood. I’m just thrown off with his being so watery and green. Thank you for tips!!

Yes he can see, he’s just hunched over with his head tucked in.
No lice or mites
Kalmbach feed, meal worms as treats.
