Our best laying hen (almost every day) has a very dirty back end. Often there is blood smeared on the egg. When we rinsed the poop off it looked like a large hemorrhoid protruding from her rectum.
Do Chickens have hemorrhoids?

Do you have a picture? It sounds like it may be a prolapsed vent. How old is she? Keep the vent area moist with either ointment or honey, so that it doesn’t dry out. Is there any sign that others have pecked it?
No sigh that others have pecked it. We got her from TSC in June of 2021 at less than a week old. Is there a cure for this? No pictures. I'll "try" tomorrow after I get home from the Dentist.

Please keep it moist. A prolapse can dry out and the skin can die. Also, if she has an egg stuck p, she would benefit from having a dose of calcium. Calcium citrate 600 mg with vitamin d is best, but a Tums can be substituted.
