Hen or Rooster???

I have a 14 week old buff orpington. I was told that it is a hen, but now, I don't know. I thought that I heard it crow, but I was inside at the time, and it may have been my imagination, or the neighbor's chickens. Here are some pictures of it. Please, I need help. If
it's a rooster, he will live on in Yakima, but if it's a hen, she will live with me and my 2 other hens.

Looks like a Cockerel to me, I see some shiny pointed hackles coming in.
