Hens laying small eggs?

My hens have been laying since nov. and sill lay small eggs is this normal or what? The chickens are buff orps.

Are they still as small as the first few weeks of laying? I can't remember how long it took, but my girls' eggs eventually did get a bit larger...maybe 3-4 months into it. Their eggs should be larger after recovering from their first molt too, but that'll be a while for you (late fall most likely).
