Hens not laying?

I have hens that are 23 weeks old today...and they have yet to lay a single egg. They are inside a run during the week and only free range on weekends when im home...so i know they arent hiding them. Im in Georgia so its between hot and cold every other day. Could that be why? Like this past weekend was and now were in the 50s with lows in the 30s. They are barred rock, easter eggers and polish. Its just 7 of them.

Polish are late layers and lay fewer eggs compared to some. Once they start laying they should lay regular.Make sure you're feeding them layer feed and supplementing their diet. Provide them plenty of light and fresh water is important too.If they're being harassed by predators that can cause they to not lay too.

Less daylight stops egg laying, it's winter so the days are short.

It is the amount of daylight that affects laying,. Your pullets happened to have hit laying age when days are short so they might not lay until the days get longer again.
