Hi, can anyone tell me at about what age i should uncover the nesting boxes for my chicks ?

Can uncover as soon as they are regularly using the roosts.
Make sure roosts are ~12" higher than nests to discourage sleeping in nests.
x2. I've not had a need to cover mine at all, but if you don't have adult birds that are laying already it doesn't hurt to keep them covered until chicks are reliably roosting.

Optimally you do want to uncover them a few weeks before they begin laying, so they can explore the boxes (ideally with a fake egg or two) and to ensure that they aren't going to be sleeping in them (so you can address any issues in advance).
