Sorry about your first attempt to hatch! Better luck with this try! I just got done with my first hatch recently, and I've heard yes, still air incubators need 101-102 degrees. People report good luck on adding no water until lockdown, but I am not experienced enough to add my input. They also say a wet sponge or paper towel is a good way to get humidity to go up, and that an accurate hygrometer and thermometer are a must. Good luck with this hatch!
