Luna took of her hood, as a tiny black kitten tottered from behind a trash can and mewed at her, tottering over to her.Lunalooked at the little kitten and picked her up,"hello"she said quietly to the kitten.The kitten meowed loudly and gently patted her head.andlaid the kitten in her lap and leaned agasnt the building.

Carter saw the girl and the kitten, and not want wanting to disturb them, leaned back against the wall, watching them.

Luna sensed someone watching her.she lifted her head and stared at him, her face showing no emotion.She didnt say anything, just started at him.The kitten meowed in hunger, Luna cradled it closer, hiding her from the boy.

"Hello." Carter said quietly. He had just happened to come from the market and he had a small, warm jug of milk in his pocket. He took it out and said, "Here you go." And handed it to Luna. (Just to let everyone know, no one knows that each other are powerholders.)

Luna took the jug from him and said,"you are very kind for giving that to me, as I am a stranger to you"she said in her deep, quiet voice.The kitten mewed loudly again and Luna opened her cloke and the kitten totaled out.Luna took a old container and poured a bit of the milk in it for the kitten and the kitten lapped it up happily.
