We can certainly help you with that. Take and post some photos of the birds. It will help if you can include the age of the birds and the list of breeds you should have.

Do you use a third party photo site like photobucket, etc. or are you wanting to upload it directly from your own device?

when you go to post a reply, there is the task bar at top (with the size of font, etc.), from left to right, go over 4 boxes. Click on the icon that looks like a mountain with a sun above it. from there you can choose to either upload a new image or pick from one you already uploaded. does that help?

I hope this works. I ordered 6 they sent 7. So I'm not sure what the extra is. I ordered 1 Black Australorp (F), 1 RIR (F), 1 Silver Laced Wyandotte (F), 1 Dominique (F), 1 Speckled Sussex (F) & a Welsummer Rooster...
