hollandaise sauce

Make some crepes. Top with chopped cooked chicken, lightly steamed broccoli, parmesan cheese, and some thinly sliced scallion. Roll and place in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Top with some hollandaise sauce and another sprinkling of scallion. Bake till heated through.

Could easily switch out the veggies. Spinach or Swiss chard would be good, as would asparagus.
