holy dirty duck eggs!

should i clean them a bit before I set them? I got them last night and they are still next to the bator until i could come ask you guys! (or course.. i could have taken pictures..)

anyway, there are 11. 2 are ok.. maybe i will leave them as is.. but the rest.. are so dirty, it covers more than half the shell! I have never had ducks before, so i have no idea if this is normal and they would be ok as is, or if I should try to wipe them off.. or wash.. if they are ducks, wouldnt they be ok getting wet???

I would just dry wipe them, I have read that a dirty egg will hatch just fine in an incubator.

ok.. i searched and found a few older threads here and it still seems like a mixed response. So.. I guess I will wash half and leave the others and see what happens...

I am wondering though, i have a dozen chicken eggs in the incubator right now.. would the dirty eggs be bad for them? they werent washed (or so the seller says) so they should still have the bloom.
