Looking at the pic now, it looks like he may have an eye in there? Is it not just glued shut? Just wondering, because we've had that happen to us with a chick once. We wiped carefully along the eye lid with a wet Q-tip and she managed to open her eye.

He has an eye, it's this white blob like he has a cataract over it. So I think he's blind? He doesn't like to open it much.

Me too, he's doing so well. Sometimes he peeps loudly when his mom and four siblings are on his bad side and he can't see them, but other than that he's doing great!

I have a wee one about 4 weeks old and 2 about 2 months if not a little older. They were tagged Ameruacna but I was told they are EE's. It is the first time I have had suck small birds. But I am enjoying all the things they do. I got them from a feed and seed so who knows but I fell in love with their little faces so I was sold at hello.
