Hoping for A rooster

2023 has been “Year of the Cockerel” for me!
Every hatch, every chick purchase has been 90% boys!

Welcome to the club.
I even ordered a dozen females and was sent 13 chicks, 7 of which turned out to be males.
Then right after they started laying, a pack of dogs got into my backyard and killed 5 of my 6 young hens, leaving me with only 1 girl.
She must had been the smartest one of them all. The ones killed was all over the yard.
She was inside the coop, sitting on a roosting bar, next to the smartest young rooster.

That's a pullet, there is no cockerel feathers on that whatsoever. Thin legs, rounded feathers, no sickles, overall pullet appearance.
