How can I heal this injury?

So if been having problems with this gooseling for a little while now but I can't seem to figure out how to help it heal. Both of its legs won't bend into a sitting position and it can't walk either. I'm getting really stressed out at this point and really don't want him to stay away from his family.

The first thing I would do is put the gosling in a bath tub with water. Instinct should tell it to swim, this needs to be done under supervision though and the water cannot be that deep just deep enough so that it can swim. If the gosling shows the ability of being able to swim then it will heal over time but it will take work.

How old is the gosling and how long has this been going on? What do you feed him or her?

The gooseling is about two months old and the issue has been going on for over a week, I don't think it's a splay leg because I've had him with 4 other gooselings and the others are totally fine and this issue just came overnight.
