How do you introduce new chicks?

I have 5, 10 week silkies and another 2 7 week silkies.

The 7 week silkies are in their cage inside the run where all the other chickens live. They've been in the run but protected inside their own cage for about a week and half. A few times we have tried getting them to mingle but one chicken in particular keeps pecking them

What should I do???

How long does it normally take for everybody to get along??

When I introduced my new chickens it took about a week and a half for everyone to finally "be friends".
Thankfully, there were no huge disagreements, but they will still argue sometimes.
