How long can a hen stay isolated?

I currently have one of my hens inside, for the past week or so, and was wondering as to how long can she stay inside and away from the rest of the flock until they wont accept her back?

I would be taking her back out for supervised visits with them every day. When I have broody hens that I separate for 3-5 days, they will get pecked a few times when they come back into the flock, but any more time than that, then you will probably have problems unless you have them visit. If you have to keep her separated for a longer period, you may need to reintroduce her slowly with a cage or some fencing.Sometimes having a friend to join her, and then introducing 2 at a time can be easier.
