How long do I isolate new chickens from the rest?

I got new teenager chicks that I want to add to my flock. How long do I need to isolate them before letting them join the rest? How do I know if they are ok --what do I look for?

You need to isolate them for at least 3 weeks. You want to look for sneezing, wheezing, drainage etc.
