The usual Cheese, ham and dux-egg sandwich yesterday and today for breakfast. But yesterday evening i had pasta with tomato-sauce and scrambled dux-egg.

I made Orshteds again. This time I used 3 goose eggs, 1 chicken egg, and one duck egg.
(along with the milk and flour and etc.)
I would estimate that my slice of Orshted contained about
1/8 of 1.5/12 ?

You know that if you mix different kinds of eggs in one dish that the different kinds of proteins will start to fight each other and in the end will cause upset stomachs?

Some variation today: Cheese, Dux-egg and Salami sandwich. - I'm out of ham and forgot to buy some yesterday at the store…

No samich today:

A Bowl of ham (from a tin), pepperoni sausage and pasta fried with three dux-eggs. I used the squishy-balls from the last two days together with an egg that i cracked while washing it. So three dux-eggs today.

used 6 duck eggs to make 4 french toast and scramble the extra. I ate three pieces of French toast. I think that’s three ducks eggs.!
