Congrats on the babies! No chicks here but I did get two eggs from the girls today.

Can someone explain why 2 slashes for eggs count? Example: 1/2/3

Sure, wornoutmomto3. In my case that would be 8 eggs out of 10 actual layers out of 34 chickens. Holy Smokes!! When did I end up with 34 chickens?

Except I usually word mine a little differently.....8/10 + Scout and the Littles and the Tinys. But in this thread it should technically be 8/10/34

Thanks.. Nice and fluffy when I looked this morning. Not sure if they are ok tonight because I just made it home from the game at 8:30 pm and all asleep. Didn't want to disturb them because it was raining as well...
