my 3 yr old pilgrim Trudy Goose is standing on 1 foot holding up her right foot and actually let me pick her up to look at it there’s no bumble foot and I don’t see any injury. it feels a little warm compared to the other one, could be just from holding it up against her warm belly. I think she tripped over some thing maybe sprained her ankle. It might be slightly swollen. It’s hard to tell by myself. If I had someone else to hold her, I could look more carefully and take pictures Going to try and take pictures or make a little video later but for now I thought I could at least give her some extra niacin in the form of liquid B complex I give one ML to my Ducks so how much for a Goose she is about 12 pounds, so maybe 2 ml? OR I can just put vitamins like poultry cell or Nutridrench in her water bucket (I let geese have water overnight because they dont make a mess of it like the ducks do ) i might put her in the tub with warm water and epsom tonight too- but handling her stresses her out a LOT

hey @Goosebaby i just read an older post where you suggested a multi species vitamins and electrolytes powder that can be used for Geese water that tasted better to them than poultry cell , it was called “vitamins and electrolytes plus”, I have something very very similar I’ll post pictures. I’m trying to figure out how much of powder per gallon I would put in there.?

I have been trying to do math

it says 4 oz (1/2 cup) does 55 gallons so

I came up with this

to use 3/4 of a teaspoon into 2 gallons of water

I hope that's right?

and then for poultry cell I think she needs 3cc by oral syringe once a day
OR
3cc of Liquid B complex per day

I dont know which will help her more

For liquid B complex 1 to 3 cc a day is what I dose mine when they need it.

For poultry cell you can go up to 6 cc but 3 cc is less likely to cause nausea.

you’re math looks right to me for the other, as for your goose I would restrict her movement for a day or two, she might have just hurt her leg and just need to rest it, poor girl!
