How much protein is too much protein?

Hi again guys, he started acting fine after what happend when I gave him some TLC, but now he's acting worse. I'm almost positive he has some disease. He is now unable to stand and his neck is quivering. And also when he drinks he like doesn't even tilt his head back he just looks down and drinks and all the water falls out. He is still active, he attacked a bug and ate it, he is drinking,and he is playing with his friends, and he's talking. But he isn't pooping, he isn't eating, he is sleeping a lot, he has ruffled feathers, and I think his nerves are acting up or something cause he can't walk and his neck is quivering. Do any of y'all maybe know what sickness he has or what's wrong with him? Thanks

That sounds like a toxicity or a neurological problem. You might want to consider a vet if it persists.

Okay, it comes in waves though, he seems to be acting al little better, but still not that great
