How old are they?

OK, I've finally been able to get the girls into their new diggs where I can get a decent picture of them. Can someone tell me approximately how old they are and when they should start laying?

pretty girls, my guess would be 3months, my girls are 4 months and the haven't started laying yet...they lay when they are ready!!! good luck with yours!!
